DH Series - Hollow Plunger Cylinders

Description

Capacity: 30 – 145 tons
Stroke: 1.5 – 10.2 inches
Max. Operating Pressure: 10,000 psi (700 bar)

Hollow plunger design allows for both pull and push forces
Relief valves protect against over pressurizing
Withstand full “dead-end” loads
Collar threads for easy fixture (Except DDH-1001 & DDH-1508) and all collar threads have a cap for protection
Special center tube protect plunger and inner barrel of cylinder to increase cylinder life-span
Powder coat finish to enhance corrosion resistance and is anti-rust
Wiper rings protects piston, bore and tube from contamination
Stop ring protects piston from blow-out
DQC-3/8UF coupler and dust cap are included on all models

A double-acting cylinder must be powered by a pump with a 4-way valve.

Do not adjust safety valve pressure

Most double-acting cylinder safety valve pressure setting is 10,000 psi (700 bar). Safety valve will leak if pressure exceeds default settings.

If there is a leakage, please inspect connection from coupler.
